The mechanism of student grievance of the methods and results of the assessment
1. At the end of the semester and after the announcement of the results, the student has the right to appeal against the result within one week of the announcement of the exam result.
2- The student shall submit a petition (grievance) to the Department of Student Affairs at the College and fill the form and pay the prescribed fees, and then Prof. Dr. Vice-Dean for Student Affairs.
2- The Vice-Dean of the College shall submit the grievance to Mr. Prof. Dr. Chairman of the competent control.
3. The case of each student is reviewed individually and in each course the grievance is reviewed, with a review of practical and theoretical grades.
4. The answer form is reviewed with the student's paper.
5- The practical grades are reviewed with the final practical degree.
6. If any errors occur in the student's grade, the grade shall be amended in the control documents as well as on the electronic system of the university as well and the amendment of the result shall be approved.
7 - If the degree is correct and no errors were found, the degree remains unchanged.
8. The student shall be notified of the result of the grievance within one week of filing the grievance or petition and informing the students entitled to redeem the value of the petition.
